Executive Management / Company Employees

DeWayne Goldberg – President

Founding Partner of DSG Concrete Contractors in March, 2000 with Steve Bruce and Gloria S. Bruce who retired from the company in January, 2007. DeWayne began his construction career in 1984 as a Field Engineer for McDevitt & Street Company, later progressing to Superintendent on a variety of projects including healthcare, commercial, retail, parking decks, and industrial/warehouse. McDevitt & Street Company later became today's Bovis Lend Lease. DeWayne left Bovis Lend Lease in March, 2000 to begin DSG Concrete Contractors.

Kelly A. Goldberg – Vice President of Finance and Administration

Joined DSG in October, 2006 to oversee all accounting and contract administration functions. Kelly began her construction career with McDevitt & Street (today's Bovis Lend Lease) in 1985, and worked there until October, 2006 when she joined DSG.

Ron S. Faulkner – Operations Manager / Director of Safety

Joined DSG in 2nd Quarter 2008 to oversee field operations and safety initiatives. Ron brings over 30 years of construction experience from various General Contractors as a Superintendent. He has managed a variety of construction projects, including healthcare, office, retail, and industrial/warehouse.

J. R. Street – Estimator

J.R. joined DSG in 2000 as Field Engineer before taking over our Preconstruction Services. J.R. brings over 30 years of construction experience to DSG. He began his career as a Field Engineer and Assistant Superintendent for various construction companies, including Bovis Lend Lease.

David Coker – Senior Field Engineer

Dave heads our Field Engineering department and joined DSG in April, 2003. Dave has 50 years experience in the industry with a wide range of projects, including highway/bridges, power plants, waste water, high-rise office buildings, and all sectors of commercial building. Dave has experience as a Superintendent with General Contractors further enhancing his ability to understand the “building” process with the end product in mind.
