DSG was founded in Charlotte North Carolina in March of 2000 as a foundation contractor covering North Carolina and South Carolina. The company simply offered quality and professional foundation contractor services to general contractors of North Carolina and South Carolina.

Experience had shown us that a foundation contractor project stood a greater opportunity of being completed on time and within budget if it was "Brought out of the ground" properly within schedule. Our goal on every foundation contractor job is to complete it on or before the scheduled completion date.

As a foundation contractor DSG supplies labor, materials and equipment to install structural foundation packages. This includes excavation of continuous and spread footings, tie beams, grade beams and pile caps per the construction documents. Anchor bolts and resteel materials are in this package also.

The quality of our foundation construction and attention to scheduling has also won us loyal general contractors and customers that have supplied the push to expand into a full service turn key commercial concrete subcontractor.
